GreenPower is delighted to see Mikayla Parton, our GreenPower Sponsored World Cup Mountain Bike rider recognised at this years Fort William Mountain Festival 2021.
Mikayla received the ‘Scottish Youth Award for Excellence in Mountain Culture’ for her dedication and determination to succeed in the challenging sport of Downhill Mountain Biking. She claimed fifth place in last year’s World Championship.
Rob Forrest, GreenPower CEO said: “Dates are set for the UCI World Cup Race Season for 2021 and hopefully the races will go ahead as planned. Mikayla is again being sponsored by GreenPower and we look forward to her building on the success she achieved at last year’s World Cup events. Go Mikayla!”
Since 2014 GreenPower has sponsored the Scottish Downhill Association the ‘GreenPower SDA Academy’ which supports up and coming riders in the sport.
